Therapy For People In The Trades
From someone who was in the trades.
In the trades, you typically learn early on to tough it out, get the job done, and keep your problems to yourself. The culture doesn’t always make space for talking about stress, depression, or the deeper things in life that define who we are and how we feel. Communicating your emotions can seem harder than running from them via avoidance, anger, shutting down, or self-medicating. Even the strongest, most capable people hit points when pushing through simply isn’t enough.
I am here to help. In addition to my formal education, I have real world education from working construction as a day laborer for three years. That experience helped me to understand and love doing therapy work with people in the trades. In our sessions, you won’t get jargon or judgment; just straight talk and real understanding.
As an experienced therapist in Fanwood I help my clients navigate challenging emotions and build their Good Life.
Though times are changing, I know that therapy can be an uncomfortable concept at times. Many of my clients are new to therapy, and I’m good at making the process feel easy, conversational, and down-to-earth. If you’re ready for a change, I’d be glad to help. Give me a shout and let’s connect.
Change is possible. There is hope.
Build your Good Life today.
